Absolutely! We have partnered with some of the most prestigious and well-known insurance providers to help you provide insurance policies at affordable prices; all the policies you purchase through us are completely valid and legit.

03. Whom to contact in case I want to initiate any claim?

All the policies are provided by the respective providers through us. We suggest you get in touch with the provider ASAP to initiate claims, if any.

04. How to become an agent?

05. I am new and inexperienced; can I be your agent?

We partner with agents who fulfill certain important parameters successfully. Get in touch with us, and we’ll discuss how we can assist you in becoming our partner.

08. Are the insurance policies sold over this portal legit and valid?

All the policies that we offer are provided by renowned providers. All the policies are completely valid and legit.

09. Whom to contact in case of any error or claim?

It is suggested to contact the policy provider directly in case you wish to raise a claim or get any error fixed.

11. Do you approve all the insurance providers?

13. How much time I will need to wait to get my insurance policy after payment?

Though we deliver the insurance policy almost within same day of payment, it may take anywhere from 24 to 48 working hours in certain cases where we can’t realize payment in time.

14. Do you provide insurance policies for individuals, couples and family?

Yes, we do! We provide insurance policies for all kinds of family set-ups, right from individual to a large family.

15. What if I do not get my insurance policy within 48 hours of payment?

Though it is highly unlikely to happen, but we suggest you to get in touch with us immediately in such a case. It is also suggested to double-check all the details, including contact number and e-mail ID so that we can send the policy cover note to the right e-mail ID in time.

16. What to do if I have filled up a detail wrongly by mistake?

Contact us immediately. In case we have already delivered you the cover note, we suggest you contact the insurance provider directly to get the error(s) corrected.

17. Is it mandatory to have health insurance?

Yes, Whether you are an international student or traveling for business, leisure, it is mandatory to have a valid health insurance cover for entirety of your stay in Australia. You may breach the visa conditions if you do not have a valid health insurance cover.

18. I am travelling for only a few days; do I need insurance?

Yes, whether you are traveling for a few days or months, you must have a valid health insurance cover for the duration of your stay in Australia. You can buy the insurance cover based on your visa and travel duration.

19. I already have a health insurance policy; won’t it suffice?

If you are an international student in Australia, you’d need an OSHC, i.e., Overseas Student Health Cover in particular. Your local or any other health insurance cover may not be valid. Similarly, a visitor/worker will need an OVHC, i.e., Overseas Visitors Health Cover.

20. What if my visa got rejected; would I get a refund?

In case a student’s visa gets rejected, he/she is entitled for a refund (full/partial) depending upon the provider. It is suggested to contact the provider to know more about their refund policy in case of visa refusal.

21. What is OSHC?

Overseas Student Health Cover popularly known as OSHC, helps you cover your hospital and medical bills which may occur while you study in Australia.

22. Why do I need OSHC?

OSHC visa requirement is a basic yet essential requirement for an international student visa. You need to buy it before applying for your visa and keep it with you until your stay in the country.

23. What if I have a family or dependents?

If you have bought the single policy, your family or dependents will not be covered. To include them in the policy, you need to buy an OSHC policy for your family members, de-facto partners any child or stepchild who is unmarried and below 18 years. OSHC also provides extra coverage for families.

24. What is direct billing?

Direct billing is when your GP charges MBS Fee on visiting him. Many doctors or GPs have links with OSHC providers to bill directly for the full MBS Fee. Here, you do not have to pay any amount, rather the fees will be entirely covered under your policy at that moment.

25. What if I have a pre-existing condition?

OSHC benefits are many, including coverage of your dependents or family members with a pre-existing condition, signs and symptoms of the illness or condition existing within 6 months before your or your dependent’s or family member’s arrival in Australia on a student visa. However, for pre- existing medical conditions, pregnancy-related services, and childbirth, you will have to wait for 12 months, meaning, if you happen to be in any of these situations at the time of your waiting period, you will not be covered for those 12 months. For a pre-existing condition of a psychiatric nature, you will have to wait for 2 months.

26. What about cover for dental care and prescription glasses?

There is OSHC coverage limits when it comes to medical treatments such as dental services, prescription glasses, physiotherapy, and chiropractic. Here, you will need to buy an extra cover or a specific plan which already includes coverage for these medical services.

27. What happens if I do not keep my OSHC current?

The Department of Immigration & Border Protection needs student visa holders to maintain their OSHC Australia policies well. This means that, if your health insurance is expired before its renewal, you will be in breach of your visa conditions. Therefore, it is essential to renew your OSHC policy before its expiration and payback for any period that your medical bills were not covered by OSHC.
