01. What if my visa is refused?

Every provider on Budget Policy offers a 100% refund (minus small admin fees) if your visa is rejected. Simply email us your rejection letter from the Department of Home Affairs.

02. Can I change my OSHC provider later?

Yes! You can switch from Bupa to nib (or any other) at any time. Your old provider will refund the "un-used" portion of your premium.

03. Does OSHC cover Dental or Optical?

No. Standard OSHC does not cover dentists or glasses. You need to purchase "Extras Cover" for this. At Budget Policy, we recommend waiting until you arrive in Australia to see if you actually need these extras.
